SHEIN Named In 'Racketeering' & 'Copyright Infringement' Lawsuit - The Shade Room

Fast fashion brand SHEIN is facing a lawsuit alleging intellectual property theft from U.S. designers. The suit, filed by three independent designers, claims that SHEIN produced and sold exact copies of their creative works using a secretive algorithm to predict fashion trends. The lawsuit also cites racketeering due to prior allegations against SHEIN and its related entities.
