Nike has emerged victorious in a long-standing legal battle against sneaker customizing business, Drip Creationz. A U.S. District Judge entered a consent judgement and permanent injunction, stating that Drip Creationz had infringed on Nike's trademarks by creating and selling altered versions of Nike Air Force 1 sneakers. Drip Creationz is now barred from creating and selling unauthorized customizations of Nike sneakers.
